Constitution amendment with no lose of national esteem- UML Chair Oil

Gaighat (Udayapur): CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said the constitution amendment is likely in the present context but it would not be possible in a way to lose the esteem of the country and the people.
Inaugurating the newly-constructed building of CPN-UML, Udayapur Katari town committee here on Saturday, Chairperson Oli clarified that UML would not impede the constitution amendment but would not allow any act that undermines the country and the people.
“Amendment to constitution in the present context is necessary. Holding timely election is the need of the hour. The way to do so should be made open”, Oli noted.
Also speaking on the occasion, CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal said the political parties including UML took the initiative to table impeachment motion in the parliament against Chief of Commissioner for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Lokman Singh Karki for abusing his power and position.
He said the impeachment motion would be passed by the parliament with majority.
The family of Padma Bahadur Bal, a local of Katari, had donated a kattha land for the construction of party building. The building was constructed at the cost of Rs 1 million. RSS
