28,000 voters added in Sindhuli district

Sindhuli, April 4, A revised voters’ list released for Sindhuli district by the Election Commission as part of preparations for May 14 local level elections has found approximately 28,000 voters added as compared to the last Constituent Assembly polls.
The district has a total of 168,247 voters as stated by the voters’ list, a considerable increment from the total 140,000 in the last CA polls, said the District Election Office. The final voter list for the local elections includes 85,309 men and 82,938 women voters.
Meanwhile, voter education classes would be launched in the district from April 14, said the District Election Office.
