About 700 locals benefited from free health camp

Mustang, Jan 12: Thakali Health Workers Family Nepal here has organized a mega health camp at Kobang of the district. The camp was organized on the occasion of the Thakali Kumbhamela which is organized every 12 years. The Kumbhamela is the traditional ritualistic festival of the Thakali people.
About 700 locals were benefited from the camp which was organized on 9, 10, and 11 of this month, said Bishwa Sherchan, chair of the family.
In the camp, most of the visitors were found suffering from high blood pressure, uric acid, hepatitis B and diabetes. Medicines were also provided to the needy patients free of cost at the health camp. RSS
