Implementation of constitution, national responsibility-Speaker Onsari Gharti

Sindhuli, April 9: Speaker Onsari Gharti has said the effective implementation of the constitution was an important national responsibility.
Speaking at the inaugural session of the 46th general convention of the Nepal Red Cross Society here today, she said as enforcement of the constitution would ensure the people’s right, participation of all is necessary for it. She also drew attention of all towards the way provided by the constitution itself in addressing any concerns over it.
She also urged the government to facilitate a favourable atmosphere for free and fair elections.
